الملخص
الملخص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن الوضع اللغوي فيما بعد السياق الكولونيالي في الجزائر ضمن إطار التخطيط اللغوي والسياسة اللغوية وإلى استقراء الخلفيات والعوامل التي ساهمت في انتشار التعدد اللغوي وجعله وسيلة تفكك اللغة والمجتمع ذلك ما يؤدي إلى توجيه القضية أيديولوجيا أحيانا وللوصول إلى هذه الغايات اتخذنا من المنهج الاستقرائي للبحث عن هذا الخلفيات والأسباب وقد تم التوصل إلى جملة من النتائج منها أن التخطيط اللغوي والسياسة اللغوية كفيلان لصنع الوعي الجماعي والحضاري وأنه يمكن جعل قضايا التعدد اللغوي وسيلة بناء لا وسيلة تفكك ومن خلال معالجتنا لهذا المقال نرى أنه يجب على الدولة بكل مؤسساتها في إطار التخطيط والسياسة اللغوية أن تفعل خططا واستراتيجيات للتصدي لهذه القضايا ذات المساس بالأمن القومي في شقه اللغوي والانتمائي ذلك لأن اللغة آلة الوعي و الحضارة. Abstract: This research aims to reveal the linguistic situation after the colonial context in Algeria under the language planning and language policy It’s came also to extrapolate the backgrounds and factors that contributed in the spread of the multilinguism and make it a means to break up language and society that’s lead to directed some time the case ideological and to reach to this finalities, We took from the inductive method to search for this backgrounds and reasons in final we have arrived to a set of resultats among them: Linguistic planning and linguistic policy are guaranteed to create the collective and civilized awareness it’s also can make from the multilinguism a constructive means not a destroy means through our treating to this article we see that’s will be an obligation for the state and all it’s institutions in the context of the planning and policy linguistics to make plan and strategies for confront this cases which touch the national security in the linguistic and affiliation aspect because the language is an instrument awareness and civilization
