تحديات الارشفة الرقمية للمحتوى الاعلامي على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي: في ضوء حفظ الذاكرة الاعلامية

الملخص
مع التحولات المتسارعة لتكنولوجيا الاعلام و الاتصال اصبحت منصات التواصل الاجتماعي كفضاء رئيسي لإنتاج المحتوى الإعلامي وتداوله، ومصدرا أساسيا لتشكيل الذاكرة الإعلامية الرقمية. مما جعل أرشفته الرقمية ضرورة لضمان حفظه وإتاحته مستقبلا. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل تحديات الأرشفة الرقمية للمحتوى الإعلامي على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي في ضوء حفظ الذاكرة الإعلامية، من خلال مقاربة تجمع بين علوم الإعلام والاتصال وعلوم الأرشيف. واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بالاستناد إلى مراجعة الأدبيات العلمية في الموضوع. وأظهرت النتائج أن تحديات الأرشفة لا تقتصر على الجوانب التقنية، بل تمتد إلى أبعاد قانونية وتنظيمية وأخلاقية وأرشيفية تؤثر في أصالة المحتوى الإعلامي الرقمي وسلامته وإمكان استرجاعه. وتؤكد الدراسة ضرورة تبني حوكمة متكاملة له ، وتطبيق معايير الحفظ الرقمي، وتعزيز التعاون بين المؤسسات الإعلامية والمؤسسات الارشيفية لضمان استدامة الذاكرة الإعلامية. The rapid evolution of information and communication technologies has positioned social media platforms as dominant media ecosystems for the creation, dissemination, and circulation of digital media content, making them fundamental spaces for the construction of collective media memory. Consequently, preserving this content has become a critical challenge for memory institutions, as its evidential, informational, and cultural value extends far beyond its immediate communicative function. This study investigates the challenges associated with the digital preservation of media content on social media platforms from the perspective of safeguarding media memory through an interdisciplinary approach that bridges media and communication studies with archival science. Using a descriptive-analytical methodology supported by a critical review of the relevant literature, the study reveals that preservation challenges are not merely technical but also involve legal, organizational, ethical, and archival concerns affecting the authenticity, integrity, reliability, and long-term accessibility of digital media records. The study advocates the adoption of a comprehensive governance framework, the implementation of internationally recognized digital preservation standards, and closer collaboration between media organizations and archival institutions to ensure the sustainability of digital media memory.
