Abstract
The scientific development in the field of commitment of fetuses and conducting experiments and scientific research has reached modern methods that have been confronted with the problem of infertility, as it takes place according to artificial methods. The childbearing was not as a result of a personal relationship between the spouses, as a third party can intervene for the occurrence of pregnancy, it may be a donor man Sperm or a woman who is donated with an egg, or donated them together. More than that, scientific development was able to give the right of motherhood to a woman whose womb has been rooted due to illness or a defect at her at birth, as she could be granted the right of motherhood thanks to a woman who rented her womb until the fetus of a woman is a woman, which is called the alternative mother.
