الملخص: من الذين استفادوا وتأثروا بفقه سعيد بن المسيب الإمام مالك بن أنس عالم المدينة، ومؤسس المدرسة الفقهية المالكية، ويظهر ذلك جليا في أهم كتب المالكية المسماة بالمدونة الكبرى. ولذلك جاء هذا المقال ليسلط الضوء على شخصية التابعي سعيد بن المسيب التي ترعرعت في المدينة المنورة، ويكشف عن حقيقة المدونة الكبرى، وتاريخ نشأتها، وأهميتها ومكانتها؛ باعتبارها المدون الفقهي الأول الذي ينهل منه المالكية فقه مالك واجتهاداته وتعليلاته واستنباطاته، ويميط اللثام عن عدد من المسائل الفقهية المنسوبة إلى التابعي سعيد بن المسيب، والمبثوثة في مدونة الإمام مالك؛ ويبرز أثر فقهه في فقه الإمام مالك ومدونته. Among those who benefited from and were influenced by the jurisprudence of Saeed ibn al-Musayyib was Imam Malik ibn Anas, the scholar of Medina and founder of the Maliki school of jurisprudence. This is clearly evident in the most important Maliki book called al-Mudawwana al-Kubra. Therefore, this article aims to shed light on the personality of the follower Saeed bin Al-Musayyib, who grew up in Medina. It also reveals the truth about al-Mudawwana al-Kubra, the history of its establishment, its importance and its status, as it is the first legal compilation from which the Malikis draw Malik’s jurisprudence, his efforts, his justifications and his deductions. It also unveils a number of legal issues attributed to the follower Saeed bin Al-Musayyib, which are scattered in Imam Malik’s Mudawwana, and highlights the impact of his jurisprudence within it.
