في البحث عن هوية الجامعة: تحديات مواجهة النيوليبرالية و الاقطاع الرقمي في الجامعة العربية

الملخص
يحاول الباحث من خلال هذه الورقة تشريح واقع الجامعة العربية والجزائرية بالاستناد إلى مفاتح الفكر لعدد من نقاد النيوليبرالية والاقطاع الرقمي، بوصفهما ايديولوجيات مادية تحول كل ما تلمسه إلى مجرد قطعة في الماكنة التي تخضع للسلطة المهيمنة، والتي في الغالب ما تكون الشركات الكبرى والإقطاعيين الجدد، هذه القوى تعيد إنتاج التبعية المعرفية وتجعل الجامعة أداة لخدمة السوق لا المجتمع الحر الناقد. بعد عملية القراءة والتحليل يقترح الباحث ملامح لهوية جامعية عربية تسمح لها باسترجاع أصلها وتحقيق ازدهارها، هوية تقاوم التفتيت وتؤمن بالمعرفة كحق للجميع وتجعل من الحوار والكرامة أساسا لكل بناء أكاديمي حقيقي. Through this paper, the researcher attempts to dissect the reality of the Arab and Algerian university by drawing on the conceptual keys of several critics of neoliberalism and digital feudalism, as two materialist ideologies that turn everything they touch into a mere piece within a machine subjugated to the dominant power, which is often represented by corporations and the new feudal lords. These forces reproduce epistemic dependency and turn the university into a tool for serving the market rather than a free, critical society. After a process of reading and analysis, the researcher proposes the features of an Arab academic identity that would allow it to recover its origins and achieve its flourishing—an identity that resists fragmentation, believes in knowledge as a right for all, and makes dialogue and dignity the foundation of any authentic academic construction
