الضُّغوطُ العَامّةُ وَعلاقتُها بالجريمةِ لدى النَّزيلاتِ في مُؤسَّساتِ الإصلاحِ والتَّأهيلِ الأردنيّةِ

الملخص
اَلْهَدَفُ: هَدَفَتِ اَلدِّرَاسَةُ اَلْحَالِيَّةُ اَلتَّعَرُّفَ إِلَى اَلضُّغُوطِ اَلْعَامَّةِ وَعَلَاقَتِهَا بِالْجَرِيمَةِ لَدَى اَلنَّزِيلَاتِ فِي مُؤَسَّسَاتِ اَلْإِصْلَاحِ وَالتَّأْهِيلِ اَلْأُرْدُنِيَّةِ. اَلْمَنْهَجُ: اُسْتُخْدِمَتِ اَلدِّرَاسَةُ اَلْمَنْهَجَ اَلْوَصْفِيَّ اَلِارْتِبَاطِيَّ لِمُلَاءَمَتِهِ أَغْرَاضَ اَلدِّرَاسَةِ ذَاتَ اَلْعَلَاقَةِ بِالضُّغُوطِ اَلْعَامَّةِ وَعَلَاقَتِهَا بِالْجَرِيمَةِ لَدَى اَلنَّزِيلَاتِ فِي مُؤَسَّسَاتِ اَلْإِصْلَاحِ وَالتَّأْهِيلِ اَلْأُرْدُنِيَّة. أَفْرَادُ اَلدِّرَاسَةِ: تَمَّ اِخْتِيَارُ أَفْرَادِ اَلدِّرَاسَةِ بِالطَّرِيقَةِ اَلْمُتَاحَةِ مِنَ اَلنَّزِيلَاتِ فِي مُؤَسَّسَةِ اَلْجُوَيْدَةِ لِلْإِصْلَاحِ وَالتَّأْهِيلِ اَلْأُرْدُنِيَّةِ، حَيْثُ بَلَغَ عَدَدُ اَلْمُشَارِكَاتِ فِي هَذِهِ اَلدِّرَاسَةِ (67) مُشَارِكَةً مِنَ اَلنَّزِيلَاتِ فِي مُؤَسَّسَةِ اَلْجُوَيْدَةِ لِلْإِصْلَاحِ وَالتَّأْهِيلِ. أَدَاةُ اَلدِّرَاسَةِ: تَمَّ اَلِاعْتِمَادُ عَلَى اِسْتِبَانَةٍ لِجَمْعِ اَلْبَيَانَاتِ؛ اَلَّتِي تَمَّ اَلتَّحَقُّقُ مِنْ صِدْقِهَا وَثَبَاتِهَا. اَلنَّتَائِجُ: أَظْهَرَتْ نَتَائِجُ اَلدِّرَاسَةِ أَنَّ مِنْ أَهَمِّ اَلطُّمُوحَاتِ لَدَى اَلنَّزِيلَاتِ فِي مُؤَسَّسَةِ اَلْجُوَيْدَةِ لِلْإِصْلَاحِ وَالتَّأْهِيلِ اَلْأُرْدُنِيَّةِ هُوَ عَلَى اَلْحَيَاةِ اَلَّتِي يَرْغَبْنَ بِهَا، وَالْحُصُولُ عَلَى عَلَامَةٍ جَيِّدَةٍ فِي اَلدِّرَاسَةِ، وَمِنْ أَبْرَزِ تَوَقُّعَاتِهِنَّ؛ اَلْحُصُولُ عَلَى اَلْمَالِ اَلَّذِي يَسْتَحِقُّونَهُ، كَمَا تَبَيَّنَ أَنَّ أَهَمَّ اَلْمُخْرَجَاتِ لَدَى اَلنَّزِيلَاتِ فِي مُؤَسَّسَاتِ اَلْإِصْلَاحِ اَلْأُرْدُنِيَّةِ هِيَ اَلْحُصُولُ عَلَى اَلْمَظْهَرِ اَلَّذِي تَرْغَبُ أَنْ تَكُونَ عَلَيْهِ، أَمَّا فِيمَا يَتَعَلَّقُ بِعَدَالَةِ اَلْمُخْرَجَاتِ اَلَّتِي تَتَوَقَّعُهَا اَلنَّزِيلَاتُ تَمَثَّلَتْ فِي حُصُولِهِنَّ عَلَى اَلْحَيَاةِ اَلَّتِي يَرْغَبْنَ بِهَا. كَمَا أَظْهَرَتْ نَتَائِجُ اَلدِّرَاسَةِ وُجُودَ عَلَاقَةٍ مَا بَيْنَ اَلضُّغُوطِ اَلْعَامَّةِ وَالْمَشَاعِرِ اَلسَّلْبِيَّةِ، وَوُجُودَ عَلَاقَةٍ اِرْتِبَاطِيَّةٍ سَلْبِيَّةٍ عَكْسِيَّةٍ دَالَّةٍ إِحْصَائِيًّا مَا بَيْنَ اَلضُّغُوطِ اَلْعَامَّةِ وَالطُّمُوحِ، وَالتَّوَقُّعَاتِ، وَالْمُخْرَجَاتِ، وَعَدَالَةِ اَلْمُخْرَجَاتِ، وَوُجُودَ عَلَاقَةٍ اِرْتِبَاطِيَّةٍ إِيجَابِيَّةٍ طَرْدِيَّةٍ دَالَّةٍ إِحْصَائِيًّا مَا بَيْنَ اَلضُّغُوطِ اَلْعَامَّةِ وَالِانْحِرَافِ، وَالْخَوْفِ مِنَ اَلْجَرِيمَةِ لَدَى اَلنَّزِيلَاتِ فِي مُؤَسَّسَاتِ اَلْإِصْلَاحِ وَالتَّأْهِيلِ. وَخَلَصَتِ اَلْبَاحِثَةُ بِمَجْمُوعَةٍ مِنَ اَلتَّوْصِيَاتِ كَانَ أَبْرَزُهَا اَلِاهْتِمَامُ بِالْمُسَانَدَةِ اَلِاجْتِمَاعِيَّةِ لَدَى اَلنَّزِيلَاتِ فِي مُؤَسَّسَاتِ اَلْإِصْلَاحِ وَالتَّأْهِيلِ، لِتَخْفِيفِ مُسْتَوَى اَلضُّغُوطِ اَلْعَامَّةِ، لِلْحَدِّ مِنْ مُسْتَوَى اَلْجَرِيمَةِ لَدَيْهِنَّ. Objective: The case study aimed to identify the general pressures and their relationship to crime among female inmates in Jordanian correctional and rehabilitation institutions. Methodology: The study used the descriptive correlational method because it was suitable for the study’s purposes related to general pressures and their relationship to crime among female inmates in Jordanian correctional and rehabilitation institutions. Study participants: The study participants were selected using the available method from the female inmates at the Juwaida Correctional and Rehabilitation Institution in Jordan, where the number of participants in this study reached (67) female inmates at the Juwaida Correctional and Rehabilitation Institution. Study tool: A questionnaire was used to collect data, and its validity and reliability were verified. Results: The study revealed that the most important aspirations of female inmates at the Juwaida Correctional and Rehabilitation Institution in Jordan are to live the life they desire and to achieve good grades in their studies. Their most prominent expectation is to receive the financial compensation they deserve. The study also showed that the most important outcome for female inmates in Jordanian correctional institutions is to achieve the appearance they desire. Regarding the fairness of the expected outcomes, the inmates expressed their desire for a better life. The study also revealed a relationship between general stress and negative emotions, a statistically significant negative correlation between general stress and ambition, expectations, outcomes, and the fairness of those outcomes. Furthermore, a statistically significant positive correlation was found between general stress and delinquency, fear of crime among female inmates in correctional and rehabilitation institutions. The researcher concluded with a set of recommendations, the most prominent of which was the need to focus on providing social support to female inmates in correctional and rehabilitation institutions to alleviate general stress levels and reduce their crime rates.
