الملخص
This article aims to analyze the role of volunteer work within civil society organizations in containing youth from social deviance through a sociological case study of the Kafal Al-Yatim Association. The study is based on the assumption that volunteer work contributes to strengthening social integration and developing young people’s personal and professional skills, thereby reducing the likelihood of deviant behaviors. The research adopts a theoretical framework combining social control theory, social integration theory, and social capital theory, along with an applied case study approach. The findings indicate that volunteer work serves as an effective mechanism for social empowerment and reintegration of youth within society.
