الملخص

ملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على أهمية تخطيط المناطق الترفيهية بالنسبة لسكان المدن وذلك بالإشارة إلى مدينة فرجيوة كنموذج للمدن الجزائرية التي تزخر بمقوّمات طبيعية وتاريخية وثقافية هامة، يمكن استغلالها في تطوير الترفيه الذي أصبح يمثل اليوم ضرورة ملحّة في الحياة الحضرية. و تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى الإجابة على الاشكالية التي تتمحور حول الدور الذي تلعبه المناطق الترفيهية بالمدينة و مدى فاعليتها في بناء مجتمع متوازن من الناحية النفسية و الاجتماعية و الاقتصادية، و لتحقيق هذا الهدف فقد استعنّا بالمنهج الوصفي كما اعتمدنا تقنية الملاحظة بالمشاركة وجمع آراء الأفراد من أجل تقييم المناطق الترفيهية بالمدينة حيث توصلنا إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: أنّ مدينة فرجيوة تسعى بوتيرة ضعيفة جدا من أجل تحقيق المشاريع الترفيهية وأنّ المساحات والمواقع والفراغات المبرمجة للترفيه غالبا ما يتم تحويلها لإنجاز البرامج السكنية، كما أنّ المناطق الترفيهية الموجودة لا ترقى إلى مستوى مدينة بحجم سكاني كبير ومؤهلات معتبرة. وتوصي الدراسة في الأخير بضرورة استغلال الامكانيات والمقومات المتوفرة بمدينة فرجيوة في ترقية الترفيه وتطويره لكي يساهم في اندماج السكان ويصبح داعما لاقتصاد المنطقة. الكلمات المفتاحية: التخطيط الحضري، المناطق الترفيهية، المدينة. مدينة فرجيوة. Summery This research paper aims to highlight the importance of planning recreational areas for urban residents, by referring to the city of Ferdjioua as a model of Algerian cities that are rich in significant natural, historical, and cultural assets, which can be exploited in the development recreation, as it has today become an urgent necessity in urban life. This study seeks to address the research problem centered on the role played by recreational areas within the urban space and the extent of their effectiveness in fostering community at the psychological, social, and economic levels, to achieve this objective, the study employs a descriptive methodology and relies on participant observation as well as the collection of residents perceptions to evaluate the recreational areas within the city, the study found that Ferdjioua progresses very slowly in implementing recreational projects, with designated recreational spaces often converted into housing, and existing facilities short of the needs of a large, growing city. Finally, the study recommends leveraging Ferdjioua’s available resources and assets to enhance and develop recreational facilities, thereby promoting social and supporting the local economy.
