Abstract
Startups face numerous challenges in their business environment that threaten their survival and continuity, prompting them to seek methods to overcome these challenges and ensure their success. Perhaps the most important of these methods is the business model, which has become a crucial tool for achieving their goals. This study aims to Clarifying the importance of the business model in emerging companies, in light of the presentation by the global organization Uber as a model, and the study concluded Until the business model becomes a fundamental thing for creating and utilizing value, organizing work, and attracting partners.
