ملخص: ساهمت الأوقاف في خدمة العديد من المرافق والمؤسسات في الجزائر خلال العهد العثماني وفي مقدمتها المساجد، ومن ذلك تخصيص أهل قسنطينة أوقافا لمساجد مدينتهم، يدل على ذلك مصدرين مهمين من مصادر الأوقاف هما مخطوط دفتر أوقاف مدينة قسنطينة وسجل صالح باي للأوقاف، المسجل فيهما أوقاف كثيرة على الجامع الكبير بالنسبة للمصدر الأول، وعلى جامع سيدي الكتاني بالنسبة للمصدر الثاني. حيث تبرز بدراسة لأوقاف الجامعين في فترتين مختلفتين، وبالضبط في القرنين السابع عشر وفي أواخر القرن الثامن عشر نقاط تشابه واختلاف في طبيعة وتسجيل أحباس الجامعين، وعليه فإن هذا البحث يهدف إلى معرفة مدى اهتمام أهل قسنطينة على تسجيل أوقافهم، ومدى بيان تأثير تبعية الجزائر للدولة العثمانية في هذا الجانب. Endowments contributed to serving many facilities and institutions in Algeria during the Ottoman era, most notably mosques, this includes the allocation of endowments by the people of Constantine to the mosques of their city. This is evidenced by two important sources of endowments: the manuscript of the Constantine City Endowments Register and the Saleh Bey Endowments Register, in which many endowments are recorded for the Great Mosque in the first source, and for the Sidi al-Kattani Mosque in the second source. A study of the endowments of these two mosques during two distinct periods specifically, the 17th and late 18th centuries reveals similarities and differences in the nature and registration of the endowments. Therefore, this research aims to find out the extent of interest of the people of Constantine in registering their endowments, and to show the extent of the impact of Algeria’s affiliation with the Ottoman state in this aspect.
