دور المعهد الوطني للتكوينات البيئية في تعزيز ريادة الأعمال السياحية المستدامة

الملخص
يشهد العالم اليوم تحديات بيئية واقتصادية متزايدة، ما يفرض ضرورة اعتماد أنماط تنموية مستدامة، وتبرز السياحة البيئية كخيار قادر على تحقيق التوازن بين استغلال الموارد الطبيعية وحمايتها. وتكتسي ريادة الأعمال في هذا المجال أهمية خاصة لكونها تتيح إنشاء مشاريع مبتكرة ذات أثر بيئي واقتصادي إيجابي. وفي هذا الإطار، يبرز دور المؤسسات التكوينية، وعلى رأسها المعهد الوطني للتكوينات البيئية، كفاعل محوري في إعداد كفاءات قادرة على تحويل المبادئ البيئية إلى مبادرات ريادية مسؤولة. يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة العلاقة بين ريادة الأعمال والسياحة البيئية المستدامة، وتحليل إسهام المعهد الوطني للتكوينات البيئية في دعم وتأطير حاملي المشاريع السياحية البيئية، من خلال تقييم فعالية برامجه ومقارباته التطبيقية. وتعتمد الدراسة على المنهجين الوصفي والتحليلي لتفكيك الإطار القانوني للمعهد وتقييم مبادراته الميدانية، في محاولة للإجابة عن مدى مساهمته في تعزيز ريادة الأعمال السياحية ذات البعد البيئي المستدام. The increasing environmental and economic challenges worldwide underscore the need to adopt sustainable development approaches. Ecotourism has emerged as a strategic alternative capable of balancing the utilization and conservation of natural resources. Entrepreneurship in this sector is particularly significant, as it fosters innovative initiatives that gênerait both environmental and economic benefits. Training institutions, notably the National Institute for Environmental Training, play a critical role in equipping individuals with the competencies required to transform environmental principles into responsible entrepreneurial practices. This study aims to explore the intersection between entrepreneurship and sustainable ecotourism, focusing on the contribution of the National Institute for Environmental Training in supporting and mentoring eco-entrepreneurs through specialized training programs and practical applications. Utilizing descriptive and analytical methods, the research examines the institute’s legal and organizational framework and evaluates its field initiatives. The study seeks to determine the effectiveness of these programs in promoting environmentally sustainable tourism ventures and enhancing local development. By highlighting the institute’s role as a model of environmental vocational training, this research provides insights into the integration of sustainability principles into entrepreneurship, offering a knowledge base for institutional planning and policymaking aimed at fostering sustainable tourism development.
