الملخص

ملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على ظاهرة انتشرت بشكل كبير في شتى دول العالم دون استثناء لاسيما في الفترة الاخيرة, الا وهي ظاهرة استغلال الاطفال, اين زاد خطر وحجم هذه الظاهرة عبر دفع هذه الفئة في عالم الشغل, بغية تحقيق مصدر دخل إضافي للأسرة كونها تعاني من نقص في المورد الاقتصادي أو منعدم أساسا, وبذلك يكون الطفل أداة أساسية في المساهمة الاقتصادية لأسرته, إلا أن هذه الوضعية تُشكل خطر على الطفل من جميع النواحي, باعتبارها تهدد مستقبله التعليمي والاجتماعي وحتى النفسي والاقتصادي. لذلك جاءت هذه الدراسة كمحاولة بسيطة للوقوف على جملة من الاسباب والعوامل المساهمة في استفحال وانتشار هذه الظاهرة, والعوامل التي لها علاقة وتأثير على استغلال الاطفال, وقد هدفت هذه المداخلة الى الوقوف والتعرف على مختلف الاسباب (اجتماعية, اقتصادية ..) والعوامل التي لها علاقة وتأثير على استغلال الاطفال في المجتمع. الكلمات المفتاحية: استغلال الاطفال, حماية الطفولة, عمالة الاطفال, اليات الوقاية. Abstract: ا This research paper aims to shed light on the widespread phenomenon of child exploitation, which has proliferated globally in various countries without exception, particularly in the recent period. The risk and scope of this phenomenon have increased by pushing children into the workforce, often to secure an additional source of income for families suffering from a lack or absence of economic resources. Consequently, the child becomes a key tool in the family's economic contribution. However, this situation poses significant risks to the child in all respects, as it threatens their educational, social, psychological, and even economic future. Therefore, this study serves as a modest attempt to identify a set of contributing causes and factors in the exacerbation and spread of this phenomenon, as well as the factors that relate to and influence child exploitation. This intervention aimed to investigate and understand the various social, economic, and other relevant causes and factors affecting child exploitation within society. key words: Child Exploitation; Child Protection; Child Labor; Prevention Mechanisms.
