The aim of this research was to examine the relationship between Entrepreneurial Orientation (EO) and its role in Entrepreneurial Intention (EI) among university graduates. The study included a sample of 99 graduates from the Entrepreneurship Development Center at Djelfa University (Algeria). A questionnaire was distributed, and the collected data were analyzed using SPSS and Smart PLS 4 software. The study concluded that there is a correlation between entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial intention among the sample. Despite their diverse academic specializations, participants demonstrated awareness of proactiveness, innovativeness, and risk-taking, indicating that they possess both entrepreneurial orientation and intention, making them the group most prepared to adopt entrepreneurial behavior in the future.
