دور التعليم الجامعي في تنمية الرأسمال البشري وفق التحديات المعاصرة

Abstract
يعتبر التعليم الجامعي أعلى مستويات المنظومة التربوية والتعليمية؛ فهو يمثل المجال الذي تنتقل فيه المعرفة من التلقين إلى الإنتاج، لكن مع التحولات العلمية والتقنية التي عرفتها الحياة المعاصرة، فقد خلقت أمامه عدة تحديات؛ خاصة وأنَّ الجامعة لم تصبح المنتج والمتحكم الوحيد في الفكر والمعرفة، حيث ازداد الوضع صعوبة مع ظهور التعليم المفتوح، فهذا البحث يهدف إلى تحليل الأدوار التي تؤديها الجامعة في التأثير الفعال على الفرد والمجتمع، وخلق رأسمال بشري يسهم في البناء الحضاري، بالإضافة إلى محاولة تبيان التحديات التي تواجه التعليم المفتوح ومدى مواكبته للتغيرات الحاصلة. University education is considered the highest level of the educational system. It represents the field in which knowledge is transferred from indoctrination to production. However, with the scientific and technical transformations that contemporary life has witnessed, several challenges have been created for it, especially since the university has not become the sole producer and controller of thought and knowledge. The situation has become more difficult with the emergence of open education , This research aims to analyze the roles played by the university in effectively influencing the individual and society, and creating human capital that contributes to building civilization, in addition to trying to clarify the challenges facing open education and the extent to which it keeps pace with the changes taking place.
