السياحة البيئية بين طموحات الإستدامة وتحديات المناخ

الملخص
الملخص: تعد السياحة البيئية إحدى الركائز الأساسية لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة ،إذ تسعى إلى تحقيق التوازن بين متطلبات التنمية الإقتصادية لأغراض سياحية والحفاظ على البيئة في ظل الضغوط المتزايدة لتغير المناخ، ويشكل هذا النوع من السياحة فرصة لتعزيز التنمية المستدامة من خلال إستثمار الموارد الطبيعية بطريقة تحافظ عليها للأجيال القادمة، غير أن هذا التوجه يواجه اليوم تحديات متزايدة في ظل التغيرات المناخية المتسارعة التي باتت تؤثر بشكل مباشر على النظم البيئية الهشة التي تحتضن أهم المواقع السياحية البيئية، مثل إرتفاع درجات الحرارة وحرائق الغابات والفيضانات التي تهدد النظم البيئية ومناطق الجذب السياحي، وتهدف هذه المداخلة إلى تحليل العلاقة المركبة الجدلية والتفاعلية المعقدة بين السياحة البيئية والإستدامة من جهة، والتحديات المناخية المتزايدة من جهة أخرى، فبينما تمثل السياحة البيئية نموذجا بديلا للتنمية السياحية التقليدية لما تحققه من توازن نسبي بين الأبعاد الإقتصادية والإجتماعية والبيئية فإنها تواجه اليوم جملة من التحديات المرتبطة بالتغيرات المناخية والتدهور البيئي والضغوط المتنامية على الموارد الطبيعية. وتخلص المداخلة إلى أن مستقبل السياحة البيئية كرافد للتنمية المستدامة لا يمكن أن ينفصل عن رهانات الإستدامة المناخية بل يبقى رهينا بقدرتنا على أن بناء قطاع سياحي بيئي ناجح يتطلب رؤية متكاملة تتجاوز المفهوم الإقتصادي الضيق نحو إرساء نموذج سياحي تنموي مرن، متكامل، ومراعي للتغيرات المناخية وخصوصيات النظم البيئية المحلية. كلمات مفتاحية: السياحة البيئية ، التنمية المستدامة ، السياحة المستدامة ، التغير المناخي ، البيئة ، الإستدامة . Abstract: Ecotourism is considered one of the main pillars for achieving sustainable development, as it aims to strike a balance between the economic demands of tourism development and environmental preservation, especially under the increasing pressures of climate change. This type of tourism represents an opportunity to promote sustainability by utilizing natural resources in a way that ensures their preservation for future generations. However, this approach now faces growing challenges due to the accelerating impacts of climate change, which directly affect the fragile ecosystems that host the most important ecotourism sites. These include rising temperatures, forest fires, and floods, all of which threaten ecosystems and tourist attractions. This paper aims to analyze the complex and interactive relationship between ecotourism and sustainability on one hand, and the growing climate challenges on the other. While ecotourism presents an alternative model to conventional tourism by achieving a relative balance between economic, social, and environmental dimensions, it now faces numerous challenges related to climate change, environmental degradation, and increasing pressure on natural resources. The study also proposes solutions to support and strengthen sustainable ecotourism. The paper concludes that the future of ecotourism as a driver of sustainable development cannot be separated from the challenges of climate sustainability. It largely depends on our ability to build a successful, integrated ecotourism sector—one that goes beyond the narrow economic perspective toward establishing a flexible, inclusive, and environmentally conscious tourism model that respects local ecosystems and ensures social and ecological justice.
