الملخص
لاشك أن بلادنا قبل الفترة الاستعمارية عاشت إزدهارًا علميا مؤصلا بفضل الله تعالى ثم بفضل علماءها، خدمة للقرآن الكريم وسنة نبيه عليه الصلاة والسلام، أي خدمة لمرجعيتها الفقهية المالكية، إلا أن هذه الفترة قد أنستنا هؤلاء الأفذاذ الذين بذلوا جهدهم لأجل المحافظة على مصدري التشريع القرآن والسنة، وما استنبطه إمام دار الهجرة من هذين المصدرين، حتى أصبحنا نعتقد أن هذا البلد ما كان في زمن من الأزمنة له علماء يُرجع إليهم ويُقتدى بهم. فأردت من خلال هذا البحث أن أبرز ثلة من علماء بلدنا الذين كان صيتهم عال ولا زال في الآفاق بحمد الله تعالى، ومدرسة مازونة ومنهجها في فهم كتاب الله تعالى التي كانت موجودة آن ذاك، ومؤلفات هؤلاء المصابيح في شتى الفنون، من خلال كتاب " الدرر المكنونة في نوازل مازونة للشيخ أبي زكريا المازوني".
