Abstract

With the emergence of environmental disasters such as global warming. Various organizations begin to look for solutions to these phenomena, and with the increasing temperature of the earth and the problems associated with it, which opened the way for creators and innovators in this field and in order to achieve the sustainable development goals through its three dimensions socio-environmental and economic, which helped the emergence of sustainable companies or green companies, even though these companies still have not yet seen the light of day, especially in the Arab countries, especially in Algeria, this is due to the lack of funding of such institutions due to the fear of investors to finance them and the legal vacuum of such green startups .
