أثر مقصد العدل على التوزيع

الملخص
تناول البحث أثر مقصد العدل على النشاط الاقتصادي (التوزيع) بمراحله المختلفة، قدم البحث تعريفا للمصطلحات لغة واصطلاحا، ثم أوضح مراحل التوزيع: التوزيع الابتدائي وسبل تحققه وأثر تحقق مقصد العدل من خلال ذلك، التوزيع الوظيفي وعناصر توزيعه وأثر تحقق مقصد العدل من خلال ذلك، وإعادة التوزيع وآلياته وأثر تحقق مقصد العدل من خلال تلك الأليات، وخلص البحث إلى أن مقصد العدل في الشريعة الإسلامية له أثر بالغ في النشاطات الاقتصادية، وظهر ذلك من خلال تتبع البحث سبل تحقق الملكية في التوزيع الابتدائي، ومن خلال التوزيع الوظيفي على عناصر الإنتاج، ومن خلال آليات إعادة التوزيع. The research dealt with the impact of the objective of justice on economic activity (distribution) in its various stages. The research provided a definition of the terms in language and terminology, then explained the stages of distribution: primary distribution and the means of achieving it and the impact of achieving the objective of justice through that, functional distribution and its distribution elements and the impact of achieving the objective of justice through that, redistribution and its mechanisms and the impact of achieving the objective of justice through those mechanisms. The research concluded that the objective of justice in Islamic law has a significant impact on economic activities, and this appeared through the research following the means of achieving ownership in primary distribution, and through functional distribution on the elements of production, and through redistribution mechanisms.
