This article examines the transformative impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on contemporary international security, focusing on its role in reshaping global power balances and redefining deterrence through logistical capabilities. Rather than emphasizing kinetic force alone, AI-driven deterrence increasingly targets supply chains, data flows, decision-making speed, and operational sustainability. From an international security and strategic studies perspective, the study analyzes how AI enhances predictive logistics, autonomous systems, and information dominance. It further explores the implications of these transformations through a case discussion of U.S. pressure strategies toward Venezuela, highlighting the strategic use of AI-enabled surveillance, sanctions enforcement, and logistical disruption. The article argues that AI-driven logistical deterrence constitutes a new paradigm of power projection that challenges traditional military doctrines and raises profound ethical and governance concerns.
