This study examines the role of industrial marketing in stimulating demand for industrial products in the Algerian domestic market, using Sonatrach as a case study. It analyzes the company’s strategies in local product adaptation, domestic pricing, distribution and logistics, and institutional promotion targeting industrial customers. The research adopts a descriptive-analytical approach supported by realistic hypothetical data to assess the effectiveness of these strategies. The findings show that targeted industrial marketing actions significantly enhance local industrial demand, strengthen inter-industry linkages, and increase domestic value creation. The paper concludes with practical recommendations for Sonatrach and policymakers to improve demand stimulation within Algeria’s industrial ecosystem
