One of the most prominent impacts of using modern and advanced technologies is the emergence of what is known as smart contracts, which have raised many questions regarding their nature, reasons for their creation, and the nature of their components and distinctive characteristics. This technology has also introduced many terms and symbols that may be unfamiliar to many people, as their knowledge is often limited to specialists in computer science and software. Smart contracts are based on the idea of automatically executing transactions within the blockchain environment without the need for human intervention. Their emergence was initially associated with the development of cryptocurrency technologies Smart contracts are a relatively new form of contract that still lacks a universally accepted definition, as their concepts and terminology vary. Consequently, the impact of this technology has extended to various aspects of life, and its effect has become similar to that of the internet on information.
