الملخص
الملخص: تعتبر ظاهرة الأقلیات من أبرز قضايا الفكر والواقع الإنسانيين المعاصرين، فقد أصبحت بمثابة شكل جديد لإثارة التوترات في البلدان، وورقة ضغط بيد القوى الإمبريالية التي تعمل على إبقاء وتوسيع نفوذها المصلحية. وما يزيد في تعقيد موضوع الأقليات هو وجود قوانين واتفاقيات دولية حريصة على حماية حقوقها، الأمر الذي يستدعي ضرورة العمل على علاج القضية واحتوائها من طرف البلدان التي تتواجد فيها أو لها علاقة بها. وبهدف الإحاطة بهذا الموضوع تأتي هذه الدراسة التي نسعى من خلالها إلى توضيح كيف يشكّل تواجد الأقليات أزمة في الوطن العربي، وكذلك الحلول العلاجية المقترحة حتى تتحول الأقليات من أزمة التواجد، إلى كيان يساعد في البناء الحضاري للدولة.. Abstract: The phenomenon of minorities is considered one of the most prominent issues of contemporary human thought and reality, It has become a new form of inciting tensions in countries, and a pressure card in the hands of imperialist powers that are working to maintain and expand their interest-based influence. What increases the complexity of the issue of minorities is the existence of international laws and agreements keen to protect their rights, which necessitates the need to work to address the issue and contain it by the countries in which they are present or with which they have a relationship. To address this topic, this study seeks to clarify how the presence of minorities constitutes a crisis in the Arab world, as well as the proposed therapeutic solutions to transform minorities from a crisis of presence into an entity that contributes to the civilizational construction of the state
