The Educational Effects And Values Of Voluntary Social Work On The Life Of The Individual And Society From The Perspective Of Islamic Legislation

Abstract
An Islam has placed great emphasis on voluntary social work, as both the Holy Quran and the Noble Sunnah abound with evidence underscoring its importance and necessity, as general frameworks and guidelines have been established for it, such as sincerity, adherence to Islamic rulings, and righteous intention. In this regard, any voluntary social work a person wishes to undertake must comply with the provisions of Islamic law to earn a reward in this life and the hereafter, where the history of Muslims throughout the ages is rich with voluntary efforts that built a great Islamic civilization, as every achievement we study in Islamic history was fueled by the voluntary contributions and sacrifices of Muslims اهتم الدين الإسلامي بالعمل الاجتماعي التطوعي اهتمامًا بالغًا، فالقرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية الشريفة تزخران بالأدلة التي تؤكد أهميته وضرورة القيام به, وقد وضعت الأطر العامة والضوابط له كالإخلاص، وموافقة العمل التطوعي لأحكام الشريعة الإسلامية، والنية الصالحة، فأي عمل اجتماعي تطوعي يرغب الإنسان أن يقوم به لابد أن يوافق أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية حتى ينال الأجر والثواب في الدنيا والاخرة, أن تاريخ المسلمين عبر العصور والأزمنة حافل بالأعمال التطوعية التي أنشأت حضارة إسلامية عظيمة، وأن كل ما درسناه في التاريخ الإسلامي من إنجازات كان التطوع والبذل والعطاء فيه من أبناء المسلمين
