الأثر النفسي والإجتماعي لضحايا حوادث المرور

الملخص

إن حوادث المرور من أكثر المشكلات التي تواجه دوّل العالم وهي تحمل في طيّاتها أبعادا إنسانيّة وإقتصاديّة وإجتماعيّة وسلوكيّة ونفسيّة، والحقيقة أنّ هذه المشكلة من المشكلات المعقّدة التي يشترك فيها أكثر من عنصر وهي من المشكلات المتزايدة يوما بعد آخر، كما أنّها مشكلة عالميّة وإقليميّة ومحليّة وليست مقصورة على دولة بعينها أو إقليم بعينه، كما أنّها مشكلة إداريّة تشارك فيها الدولة جميعها وتتطلّب جهودا من أجهزة الدولة الإداريّة من كافّة الإتّجاهات، ولاشكّ أنّه من الضروري توضيح مشكلة الحوادث المروريّة وخطورتها في تصدّع شخصيّة ضحايا هذه الحوادث وكذلك المحيطون بالمصاب أو الضحيّة نتيجة لهذه الحوادث الصدميّة، فيه تؤثّر في الفرد والأسرة والمجتمع. بحيث يصنّف علماء النفس الحوادث المروريّة من بين أحداث الحياة الضاغطة، قد بذلوا جهودا كبيرة لتتبّع الآثار المترتّبة على تلك الأحداث على صحّة الفرد النفسيّة والعقليّة والعضويّة. ويرى ألبورت أنّ ما يلاقيه فرد ما من إحباط نتيجة لهذه الحوادث قد يؤدّي به إلى إنفجارات أو ثورات إنفعاليّة، ممّا يؤثّر ذلك على مجالات حياته كافّة وخاصّة علاقاته بالآخرين، وهذا بدوره قد يولّد لديه عقد نفسيّة وقد تمتد إلى حالة مرضيّة أشد (مرض عقلي) وهذا من شأنه أن يغيّر من تحسّس الفرد وإدراكه للواقع كما هو وما قد يتأتّى عن هذا التغيير من إبتعاد عن الواقع، أو القلق أو الإكتئاب أو الركون إلى الاحتماء وراء اعراض عقلية أو سلوكيّة تجعل من الممكن أن يتعايش مع الواقع الجديد كما يراه. Traffic accidents are among the most common problems facing countries in the world, and they carry with them human, economic, social, behavioral and psychological dimensions. On a specific country or a specific region, as it is an administrative problem in which the whole country participates and requires efforts from the state’s administrative apparatus from all directions, and there is no doubt that it is necessary to clarify the problem of traffic accidents and their seriousness in cracking the personality of the victims of these accidents, as well as those around the injured or the victim as a result of these traumatic accidents, It affects the individual, the family and society. So that psychologists classify traffic accidents among the stressful events of life. They have made great efforts to track the effects of those events on the individual's psychological, mental and physical health. All port believes that the frustration that an individual encounters as a result of these incidents may lead him to emotional outbursts or outbursts, which affects all areas of his life, especially his relationships with others, and this in turn may generate psychological complexes for him and may extend to a more severe condition (mental illness). It would change the individual’s sensitivity and perception of reality as it is, and what might result from this change in terms of distancing from reality, anxiety, depression, or resorting to sheltering behind mental or behavioral symptoms that make it possible for him to coexist with the new reality as he sees it
