الملخص
This studyaims to identify the reality of the application of information and communication technologies in the State Football Association, where the most important developments on the subjectwerereviewed in the theoretical aspect, a case studyapproachwasadopted in the practical aspect, the case of the State Football Association of Ouargla - Algeria, where the interview wasused As a means of collecting information, the studyreached the followingresults: The association owns a humanresource component in the field of information and communication technology, as well as management devices; Have programs for managing the position and movement of players (players’ licenses), the technical staff, the administrative staff and the medical staff of the sports clubs involved in the League, as well as programs for managing referees and interviews (interviews calendar, results, standings, referee appointments, payment of referees’ wages, etc.); The association ownsseveral sites (a site for managingplayers and technical, administrative and medical staff for clubs, a site for setting interviews, results, ranking, appointing referees for stadiums and timing of interviews); The association has itsown page in the social network.
