Abstract

This research aims to shed light on the various laws and regulations governing the process of converting agricultural land. The Algerian législateur has always sought to preserve agricultural resources by surrounding them with a set of legal frameworks and regulations. However, the demographic expansion and population boom that the country has witnessed, particularly in recent times, have prompted the legislator to seek alternative solutions, such as the reclassification of agricultural land and its incorporation into areas designated for urban development, through specific legal procedures and conditions يهدف هذا البحث الى تسليط الضوء على مختلف القوانين والتعليمات المنظمة لعملية تحويل الأراضي الفلاحية، حيث أنه لطالما حاول لمشرع الجزائري الحفاظ على الثروة الفلاحية من خلال احاطتها بمجموعة من القوانين والأنظمة، الا أن الزحف والانفجار السكاني الذي عرفته الدولة خاصة في الأونة الأخيرة جعله يبحث عن طرق بديلة كاختراق الأراضي الفلاحية وإلغاء تصنيفها وضمها للأراضي القابلة للتعمير وهذا عن طريق إجراءات وضوابط قانونية..
