- ملخص: يعدّ وجود السلطة ضرورة اجتماعية، إذ بدونها يغيب النظام بين أفراد المجتمع، ويستعصي الجمع بين مصالحهم المتعارضة لإيجاد أرضية مشتركة للتعايش والتعاون بينهم. وعليه، لم يكن غريبا أن تلقى هذه الظاهرة صدى قويا في الحكايات الشعبية المتداولة بين أفراد المجتمع، والتي تُروى على لسان العامة من جيل إلى جيل، مجسدة إياها في شخصية السلطان. من هذا المنطلق، تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل الدلالات السوسيولوجية للسلطان في نماذج من الحكايات الشعبية المتداولة بمنطقة بومرداس على غرار "حكاية سيدي علي بن أحمد البومرداسي" و"حكاية محمد بن علي الذباح" قائد بايلك التيطري وبرج سيباو. Abstract; The presence of political power is a social necessity, because without it there will be no order in society, and it would be difficult to reconcile divergent individual interests in order to find common ground favoring coexistence and cooperation between them. It is therefore not surprising that this phenomenon received a strong echo in the popular tales circulating within society, and told from generation to generation, while representing it by the personality of the “sultan”. Hence, this study which aims to analyze the sociological connotations of the personality of the "sultan" in popular tales circulating in the region of Boumerdès, such as The Tale of "Sidi Ali Ben Ahmed Al Boumerdassi" and the Tale of "Muhammad Ben Ali Dit El Dabah (the cutthroat)" Commander of Beylik Al Tetri and Bordj Sebaou.
