الملخص
- ملخص: تبرز أهمية دراسة الحركة النقابية إبان الحقبة الاستعمارية من خلال المشاريع التي فرضتها سلطة الاحتلال في سياق السيطرة والنفوذ والتسخير، والتي أنتجت بدورها طبقة اجتماعية معادية لكل مفاهيم الاستعمار، اذ تمثل نشاطها في الحراك العمالي النقابي في مسيرة النضال الوطني ضد الاستعمار الفرنسي وسياسته تجاه الشعب الجزائري، وإزاء هذا الواقع سارعت الكثير من الفئات العمالية الجزائرية إلى تنظيم نفسها في اتحادات نقابية دولية وإقليمية ثم قطرية مستقلة تزامنت مع الحراك الثوري الجزائري بعد الفاتح من نوفمبر 1954، حيث حدد النقابيون الجزائريون خلالها مواقفهم بصورة نهائية من الوضع الشاذ للوجود الفرنسي في الجزائر وسياسته، وكذا مواقفهم من المؤسسات الرسمية والمهنية التي تعكس النظام الاستعماري المستبد ومن أهم هذه النقابات العمالية الاتحاد العام للعمال الجزائريين. Abstract; The importance of the study of the trade union movement during the colonial era appears through the projects of domination imposed by the occupying power in a context of control, influence and subjugation. This has generated a social class hostile to all colonial conceptions. Its activity had distinguished itself within the framework of the national struggle against French colonialism and its policy towards the Algerian people, by its trade union character. In this context, many groups of Algerian workers have organized themselves into independent international, regional and then national trade union federations. It should be noted that the revolutionary movement initiated from November 1, 1954 had led Algerian trade unionists to adopt radical and decided positions vis-à-vis the illegal French presence in Algeria and its unjust policy, as well as in relation to official institutions and professional organizations. who represent the so-called colonial regime. The General Union of Algerian Workers (UGTA) was the most prestigious Algerian trade union organization in this context, from where it played a leading role.
