This case study aimed to examine the effect of regular postprandial walking combined with a sugar-free intermittent fasting regimen (16/8) for one month on a woman diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. A descriptive–experimental methodology was adopted, monitoring vital indicators (blood glucose levels, body mass index, and blood pressure) before and after the intervention. The findings revealed a noticeable improvement in the studied indicators, including a reduction in fasting blood glucose and body weight, as well as enhanced overall physical performance. The study highlights the importance of integrating simple physical activities—such as walking after each meal—alongside healthy dietary strategies, notably sugar-free intermittent fasting, as complementary therapeutic approaches for individuals with type 2 diabetes, provided that medical supervision is ensured.
