الملخص
Abstract: The study aims to highlight the characteristics of Ziyanid society, particularly in Tlemcen and its surroundings, during its last period, or during the phase of weakness and decline, through the observations of the geographer Hassan al-Wazzan during his visit to the region. We will therefore attempt to establish this information by comparing it with that mentioned in other references concerning the social aspect, or with indications predating al-Wazzan's time. Consequently, the research includes a number of elements such as social classes, clothing, characteristics and personality traits, as well as factors influencing the development of the population, both positively and negatively .
