الخدمة الاجتماعية في مجال رعاية الشباب في الجزائر

الملخص

الشباب مرحلة عمرية مهمة في حياة الأفراد، لما لها من أهمية في تحديد وتوجيه مستقبل الشاب وتعزيز دوره في تحقيق التنمية والتقدم للمجتمع الذي يعيش فيه، تتميز مرحلة الشباب بمجموعة من الحاجات والمتطلبات تستدعي اشباعها من أجل الاستغلال الأمثل للطاقات الشبانية، ولتحقيق ذلك طور المختصين مجال الرعاية والخدمات الاجتماعية سعيا منهم لتقديم خدمات وقائية تنموية أو علاجية لفئة الشباب. وتناول هذا البحث أهم مؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية الموجهة لخدمة الشباب في الجزائر، مع تحديد مهام وأدوار كل مؤسسة، ومن هذه المؤسسات دواوين مؤسسات الشباب والتي تضم دور الشباب وبيوت الشباب، والقاعات المتعددة الخدمات ...الخ، بالإضافة لمؤسسات النشاط الاجتماعي والتي توجه خدماتها للشباب المتمدرس، الطلبة الجامعيين، أو الشباب البطال وغيرهم، كما دُعّم مجال الخدمات الاجتماعية بالمجلس الأعلى للشباب والذي يلعب دورا هاما في الاستجابة لانشغالات الشباب في مختلف مجالات الحياة الاقتصادية، المهنية والاجتماعية وغيرها. Youth is an important stage in an individual's life, as it plays a significant role in determining and guiding a young person's future and enhancing their role in achieving development and progress for the society in which they live. The youth stage is characterized by a set of needs and requirements that must be met in order to make the best use of young people's energies. To achieve this, specialists in the field of social care and services have developed preventive, developmental and therapeutic services for young people. This research examines the most important social care institutions serving young people in Algeria, specifying the tasks and roles of each institution. These institutions include youth centres, which comprise youth clubs, youth hostels, multi-service halls, etc. In addition, there are social activity institutions that direct their services to schoolchildren, university students, unemployed youth, and others. The field of social services is also supported by the Higher Council for Youth, which plays an important role in responding to the concerns of young people in various areas of economic, professional, social, and other aspects of life.
