الملخص
ملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى تحليل رؤية الحزب الشيوعي الجزائري للإجراءات الانتخابية من خلال نشاطه على جريدته المسماة بــ"الجزائر الجديدة" خلال الفترة الممتدة بين 1946 و1956، وذلك في ظل السياسة الاستعمارية التي سعت إلى توجيه الحياة السياسية حسب ما يخدم مصالحها. فقد سعى الحزب عبر منبر الجريدة توعية الرأي العام، وفضح خبايا استعمارية كثيرة، أبرزها جريمة التزوير الانتخابي. باعتماد منهج التحليل، ومن خلال قراءة في نماذج من مقالات الجريدة التي تبرز رؤية الحزب للإجراءات الانتخابية، خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الحزب ناضل بكل ما أوتي من إمكانات في سبيل التوعية بالحرية وحق الممارسة السياسية، والعمل على نزاهة الحدث الانتخابي. وقد كانت جريدة "الجزائر الجديدة" المنبر الذي واكب تلكم الأحداث بكل جرأة في سبيل استرجاع ما يجب أن تتمتع به الجزائر من سيادة وحرية. Abstract This study aims to analyse the Algerian Communist Party’s view of the electoral procedures through Eldjazair Eldjadida newspaper between 1946 and 1956. This was under French colonial policy, which sought to direct political life in line with its interests. Through its newspaper, the party attempted to raise public awareness, expose colonial issues, and highlight the electoral fraud, as well as emphasise the rights of political participation, expression, and self-determination. Using the analytical method, reviewing samples of newspaper articles, and considering the political and military sensitivity of the revolution’s outbreak, the study concluded that the party spent effort in raising awareness of freedom, the right to political participation, and working on the integrity of the electoral process. The “Eldjazair Eldjadida” newspaper was a platform that kept pace with those events to regain the Algerian people’s sovereignty and freedom.
