الملخص

يتناول المقال واقع زنا المحارم في الجزائر باعتبارها من أخطر الجرائم الأخلاقية والاجتماعية التي هدد استقرار الأسرة والمجتمع، وقد تم تسليط الضوء على العوامل المساهمة في انتشار ظاهرة زنا المحارم ،كالعوامل الدين والاقتصادية وغياب التربية الجنسية وتأثير وسائل الإعلام والمواقع الإباحية ،كما تم عرض إحصائيات رسمية والتي تبقى نسبية وغير كافية للكشف عن الحجم الحقيقي لظاهرة ،نظرا لكون الكثير من الحالات لا يتم التبليغ عنها بسب الطابوهات والخوف من الفضيحة والعار الذي يلحق بالأسرة ما يعرف بالوصم الاجتماعي The article addresses the reality of incest in Algeria as one of the most serious moral and social crimes threatening the stability of the family and society. It highlights the factors contributing to the spread of incest, such as religious and economic factors, the absence of sex education, and the influence of the media and pornographic websites. Official statistics were also presented, which remain relative and insufficient to reveal the true extent of the phenomenon, given that many cases are not reported due to taboos and fear of scandal and shame that befalls the family in what is known as social stigma
