الملخص
ملخص: تدور هذه المقاربة حول مصطلح الكفاءة المدنيّة الذي ينبغي أن يفعّل وأن يرقى حتّى يتمكّن المواطن من أداء واجبه بشكل عفويّ في أيّ عمليّة من عمليّات بناء الوطن، لعلّ أبرزها وأخطرها المجال السياسي الذي يخدم مقدّرات الوطن، هذا النضج وهذا الوعي من شأنه أن يحصّن المواطن من التأثّر السلبي، لهذا كان لزاما ترقية هذه الكفاءة المدنيّة بمجموعة من الآليّات، ومنها مؤسّسة المسجد، وهذا ما حاولت هذه المداخلة شرحه وإبرازه. Abstract: This approach revolves around the concept of civic competence, which must be activated and promoted so that the citizen can perform his duty spontaneously in any nation-building process, perhaps the most prominent and dangerous of which is the political field that serves the capabilities of the nation. This maturity and this awareness would protect the citizen from being influenced. Negatively, this is why it was necessary to promote this civil competence through a number of mechanisms, including the mosque institution, and this is what this intervention tried to explain and highlight.
