الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور الشبكات الاجتماعية الرقمية في تعزيز الروابط الاجتماعية بين المكتبات الجامعية والمجتمع الأكاديمي. حيث توفر هذه الشبكات منصات حيوية للتفاعل المباشر مع الطلاب والمستخدمين، مما يسهم في تقديم الدعم والإجابة على الاستفسارات ببيئة مفتوحة وغير رسمية. كما تساهم هذه الروابط في تحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة، وتعزيز التواصل الفعّال، وترسيخ دور المكتبة كمركز معرفي داخل الحرم الجامعي. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تسهم الشبكات الاجتماعية في بناء مجتمع أكاديمي مترابط عبر تبادل المعرفة، والمشاركة في النقاشات، والإعلان عن الفعاليات الأكاديمية، مما يعزز العلاقة بين المكتبة والمجتمع الأكاديمي. This study aims to highlight the role of digital social networks in strengthening social connections between university libraries and the academic community. These networks provide dynamic platforms for direct interaction with students and users, contributing to support services and responding to inquiries in an open and informal environment. These connections also help improve the quality of services provided, enhance effective communication, and reinforce the library’s role as a knowledge hub within the university campus. Additionally, social networks contribute to building a connected academic community by facilitating knowledge exchange, encouraging participation in discussions, and promoting academic events. This, in turn, strengthens the relationship between the library and the academic community Cette étude vise à mettre en lumière le rôle des réseaux sociaux numériques dans le renforcement des liens sociaux entre les bibliothèques universitaires et la communauté académique. Ces réseaux offrent des plateformes essentielles pour l’interaction directe avec les étudiants et les utilisateurs, contribuant ainsi à fournir un soutien et à répondre aux questions dans un environnement ouvert et informel. Ces liens contribuent à améliorer la qualité des services offerts, à renforcer la communication efficace et à ancrer le rôle de la bibliothèque en tant que centre de connaissance au sein du campus universitaire. De plus, les réseaux sociaux jouent un rôle dans la construction d’une communauté académique interconnectée par l’échange de connaissances, la participation aux débats et l’annonce d’événements académiques, ce qui renforce la relation entre la bibliothèque et la communauté académique.
