There is no doubt that the editorial revolution touched the ink of many creative people and writers , regardless of their orientations, walks of life, and types , and represented a basic theme in the works of a large number of Arab writers. This Algerian writer, mixed with the land in spirit and blood, harnessed his pen to weave itself into a pictorial machine for the events of time, representing the life of a people . hence, literature had an important role in interrogating history and re-recording historical events in the lives of peoples ,reminding the rising generations of their ancient past and their great revolution. We decided that our intervention should be marked by –questioning history in the discourse of the Algerian novelist—the revelation of the man coming from the darkness-by Ibrahim saadi- as a model- in which we will seek to answer the following questions: -to what extent did Ibrahim saadi succeed in recalling history? -how can the novelist transform the historical trend into narrative knowledge? -can the novel really write history? -what is the interaction between history and creativity?
