حقيقة المشرع الصهيوني في فلسطين من خلال تقرير لجنة" كينغ –كراين" 1919

الملخص
ملخص: ومع انتهاء الحرب العالمية الأولى وانعقاد مؤتمر الصلح سنة1919، طالب ممثلو الحركة الصهيونية من أعضاء هذا الأخير بتنفيذ وعد بلفور الذي تحصلوا عليه من بريطانيا سنة 1917، وفي المقابل عارض العرب هذا التوجه وطالبوا بإرسال لجنة تحقيق للإطلاع على الوضع الميداني هناك والسماع لأراء السكان ورغباتهم بفلسطين ، وتبعا لذلك تم إرسال لجنة أمريكية عرفت بلجنة "كينغ- كراين"، والتي انتقلت إلى الأراضي الفلسطينية،والتقت مع ممثلي الحركة الصهيونية هناك واستمعت الى مطالبهم وإلى حججهم التي برروا من خلالها شرعية مطالبهم في أرض فلسطين،كما استمعت إلى مواقف السكان العرب من ذلك، وخلصت بصياغة تقرير تضمن تحليلها للواقع، وكشفت من خلاله عن التناقض مشروع الحركة الصهيونية بين جانبه النظري الدعائي الذي كانت تروج له خارج فلسطين لكسب ودعم الدول له، وبين مضمونه الفعلي وممارساتها على ارض الواقع بفلسطين، ومدى مشروعية الحجج التي ساقتها لتبرير مشروعها Abstract: With the end of World War I and the convening of the Peace Conference in 1919, representatives of the Zionist movement at the conference demanded the implementation of the Balfour Declaration, which they had obtained from Britain in 1917. In return, the Arabs opposed this approach and called for the sending of an investigative committee to examine the situation on the ground there and to hear the opinions and wishes of the inhabitants of Palestine. Consequently, an American committee known as the "King-Crane Commission" was sent, which traveled to the Palestinian territories, met with representatives of the Zionist movement there, listened to their demands and the arguments they made to justify the legitimacy of their claims in the land of Palestine, and also heard the positions of the Arab population regarding this issue. The committee ultimately produced a report that analyzed the situation, revealing the contradiction within the Zionist project between its theoretical and propagandistic side, which it promoted outside of Palestine to gain the goodwill and support of countries, and its actual content and practices on the ground in Palestine, as well as the legitimacy of the arguments it presented to justify its project
