الملخص
(اهتم علماء الإسلام بالتقعيد الفقهي والأصولي؛ من أجل ضبط الفروع الفقهية، وضبط عملية الاجتهاد، وتيسير عملية الاجتهاد واستنباط الأحكام الشرعية فيما يجد من النوازل، ويعد الإمام عبد الحميد بن باديس أحد أعلام الجزائر الذين اهتموا بعلم الفقه وأصوله، فقد كتب العديد من المؤلفات والكتابات المفيدة في هذا المجال. وهذا البحث يبرز بعض إسهاماته القيمة في مجال علم أصول الفقه، من خلال تسليط الضوء على(Islamic scholars have focused on establishing legal and foundational principles to regulate jurisprudential branches, control the process of ijtihad, and facilitate the derivation of legal rulings in response to emerging issues. Imam Abdelhamid Ben Badis is considered one of the prominent figures in Algeria who dedicated himself to the study of jurisprudence and its foundations, having authored numerous beneficial works in this field. This research highlights some of his valuable contributions in the field of the science of jurisprudence, by shedding light on his foundational choices.
