الملخص

ملخص: أدى الاعتماد المتزايد على التكنولوجيا في ظهور تحديات بيئية جديدة، مثل النفايات الإلكترونية، من خلال استهلاك الطاقة المفرط، وقد اعتمد البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بدراسة النصوص القانونية والقواعد العامة المتعلقة بحماية البيئة والمسؤولية القانونية، ويتناول البحث مفهوم المسؤولية القانونية وأنواعها، مع استعراض القوانين الوطنية والدولية التي تُلزم الشركات في حماية البيئة، وعلاقة الاقتصاد الرقمي بحماية البيئة في ظل التطورات التقنية التي يشهدها العالم اليوم، ومناقشة التأثيرات البيئية للاقتصاد الرقمي والالتزامات القانونية المفروضة على الشركات الرقمية لاعتماد ممارسات مستدامة. وقد أتجه البحث الى ضرورة تحديث الأطر القانونية لمواكبة التحول الرقمي وتعزيز المساءلة البيئية لضمان التوازن بين التطور التكنولوجي وحماية البيئة، وتحقيق الأمن البيئي والحفاظ على صحة وسلامة الإنسان. Abstract: The increasing reliance on technology has led to the emergence of new environmental challenges, such as e-waste, through excessive energy consumption. The research adopted a descriptive and analytical approach, examining legal texts and general rules related to environmental protection and legal liability. The research addresses the concept of legal liability and its types, reviewing national and international laws that oblige companies to protect the environment, and the relationship between the digital economy and environmental protection in light of the technological developments witnessed by the world today. It also discusses the environmental impacts of the digital economy and the legal obligations imposed on digital companies to adopt sustainable practices. The research emphasizes the need to update legal frameworks to keep pace with the digital transformation and enhance environmental accountability to ensure a balance between technological development and environmental protection, achieving environmental security and preserving human health and safety.
