دور المرجعية الدينية في الجزائر في نشر الوعي البيئي

الملخص
تُقدم هذه الدراسة تحليلًا معمقًا لدور المرجعية الدينية في الجزائر في نشر الوعي البيئي، من خلال التركيز على خطابها وآلياتها. قمنا بتقسيم البحث إلى أربعة فصول؛ بدأنا بوضع الإطار المفاهيمي والمنهجي، الذي عرّفنا فيه المفاهيم الأساسية مثل المرجعية الدينية والفكر البيئي الإسلامي. بعد ذلك، انتقلنا لتحليل خطاب المرجعية الرسمية، مثل وزارة الشؤون الدينية، وخطب الأئمة، ومواقف المجامع الفقهية، ووجدنا أن خطابها يميل لأن يكون رد فعل على الأزمات. ثم تناولنا دور المرجعية غير الرسمية، مثل العلماء والمفكرين المستقلين والجمعيات، وأظهرنا أن تأثيرها أكثر ديناميكية وفعالية، خاصة في قضايا مثل حرائق الغابات. في الختام، قدمنا نتائج البحث التي أكدت وجود فجوة بين الخطاب النظري والعمل الميداني، بالإضافة إلى تباين في فعالية الأدوار. وبناءً على ذلك، وضعنا توصيات عملية تستهدف الهيئات الرسمية وغير الرسمية، وكذلك الأفراد، بهدف تحويل الوعي البيئي إلى سلوك يومي ومسؤولية جماعية.. This study provides a detailed analysis of the role of religious authorities in Algeria in promoting environmental awareness, focusing on their discourse and mechanisms. The research is divided into four chapters; we began by establishing the conceptual and methodological framework, defining key concepts like "religious authority" and "Islamic environmental thought." Next, we analyzed the discourse of official religious bodies, such as the Ministry of Religious Affairs, imams' sermons, and the stances of jurisprudential councils. We found that their discourse tends to be a reaction to crises. We then examined the role of unofficial religious authorities, including independent scholars and associations, demonstrating their more dynamic and effective influence, particularly on issues like forest fires. In conclusion, the study’s findings confirmed a gap between theoretical discourse and practical action, as well as a variation in the effectiveness of different roles. Based on this, we provided practical recommendations for both official and unofficial bodies, as well as individuals, with the aim of transforming environmental awareness into a daily behavior and a collective responsibility.
