الملخص
ملخص: تطرقنا في ورقتنا البحثية هذه التي تمحورت حول اقتصاديات التربية والتعليم ومفهوم الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري إلى تأثير الجانب الاقتصادي على عملية التربية والتعليم، باعتباره أهم مدخلات هذا الاستثمار، ومدى نجاحه في تحقيق أهدافه على مستوى الفرد والجماعة، في صورة العائد من الاستثمار في التعليم على المستوى الخاص أو الاجتماعي، وقد ركزنا على تحديد المفاهيم تحديدا سوسيولوجيا دقيقا، كما تطرقنا إلى أهم الدراسات والأبحاث التي اهتمت بالموضوع في بداياته الأولى، وقد توصلنا إلى أن الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري من خلال الإنفاق على التربية والتعليم استثمار ناجح لا يقل أهمية عن الاستثمار التقليدي في رؤوس الأموال المادية، وكل ما كان الانفاق كبيرا كلما زادت جودة التعليم وحقق مخرجات أفضل، باعتبار التعليم المحرك الأساسي في تحسين وإعادة توزيع مختلف الثروات بين مختلف فئات المجتمع، كما خلصنا إلى أن أغلب الدول المتقدمة والمتطورة تكنولوجيا حققت قفزة نوعية من خلال الاستثمار في الإنسان وتنمية مواردها البشرية. Abstract: In this research paper, which focused on the economics of education-learning process and the concept of investment in human capital, we addressed the impact of the economic aspect on the education-learning process as the most important input of this investment, and the extent of its success in achieving its goals at both the individual and collective levels, reflected in the form of returns on educational investment—whether private or social. We have concluded that investing in human capital through spending on education is a successful investment no less important than traditional investment in physical capital. The greater the spending, the higher the quality of education and the better outcomes it achieves, given that education is the primary driver for improving and redistributing various wealth among different segments of society. We have also concluded that most advanced and technologically advanced countries have achieved a qualitative leap through investing in people and developing their human resources.
