الملخص
ملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل تطور مؤشرات التنافسية لسلطنة عمان في تقارير المنتدى الاقتصادي العالمي (WEF) خلال الفترة (2010-2019)، اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لمتابعة أداء السلطنة عبر المحاور الأساسية لمؤشر التنافسية العالمي (المتطلبات الأساسية، محفزات الكفاءة، عوامل الابتكار والتطور)، أظهرت النتائج تأرجحاً في ترتيب السلطنة، حيث حققت تقدماً ملحوظاً خلال الفترة (2014-2010) تلاه تراجع في (2017-2015)، ثم قفزة نوعية في 2018 بتقدم 14 مركزاً عالمياً، ليليها تراجع في 2019 متأثراً بالظروف الاقتصادية العالمية وجائحة كورونا، حددت الدراسة نقاط القوة المستدامة في الاستقرار المؤسسي والبنية التحتية، كما كشفت عن نقاط الضعف في سوق العمل والابتكار، وتقدم الدراسة توصيات لتعزيز التنافسية الوطنية تتماشى مع رؤية عمان 2040. Abstract: This study aims to follow up and analyze competitiveness of the sultanate of Oman during the This study aims to analyze the development of competitiveness indicators for the Sultanate of Oman in the reports of the World Economic Forum (WEF) during the period (2010-2019). The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach to follow up the Sultanates performance across the basic axes of the Global Competitiveness Index (basic requirements, efficiency drivers, innovation and development factors). The results showed a fluctuation in the Sultanates ranking, as it achieved remarkable progress during the period (2010-2014), followed by a decline in (2015-2017), then A qualitative leap in 2018 with the advancement of 14 global positions, followed by a decline in 2019 affected by global economic conditions and the Corona pandemic. The study identified sustainable strengths in institutional stability and infrastructure, and also revealed weak points in the labor market and innovation, The study provides recommendations to enhance national competitiveness in line with Oman Vision 2040..
