دور منظمات المجتمع المدني في حماية ضحايا المخدرات: جمعية رعاية الشباب وترقية الطفولة بولاية سكيكدة نموذجا

الملخص
ملخص: تعتبر منظمات المجتمع المدني بكل مكوناتها بما فيها الجمعيات عاملا مهما في التنمية وجزءا أساسيا من النسيج الاجتماعي لما لها من دور في حماية ومرافقة الافراد ضحايا تعاطي وادمان المخدرات والتوعية من مخاطر هذه الاخيرة، فقد هدفت دراستنا استنادا للمنهج الوصفي التحليلي وأدواته الى تسليط الضوء على الدور الذي تلعبه منظمات المجتمع المدني ( الجمعيات) في حماية ضحايا المخدرات من خلال دراسة ميدانية لدور جمعية أنيس بولاية سكيكدة في حماية ضحايا المخدرات ، التي تم تأكيد دورها الايجابي والفعال من خلال نتائج الدراسة. الكلمات المفتاحية: منظمات المجتمع المدني؛ الجمعيات؛ الضحايا؛ المخدرات Abstract: The civil society associations, with all their elements, including organizations, are considered an important factor toward development and an essential part of the social fabric. They have contributed to protecting victims of drug abuse and alcohol addiction, and to raising awareness concerning the latter. Based on the descriptive analytical approach and its tools, this study aimed to highlight the role of civil associations (organizations) in protecting drug abuse victims. A field study was conducted to reveal the role of the ANIS Organization located in Skikda in the Keywords: Civil society organizations; Associations; Victims; Drugs.protection of drug abuse victims. Findings confirmed the organization’s positive and effective role in handling such matters.
