الملخص: تَبَنَّى بَايَاتُ قسَنْطِينَة مُنْذُ بِدَايَة اَلْحُكْم اَلْعُثْمَانِيِّ فِي اَلْجَزَائِر سِيَاسَة اَلْمُصَاهَرَة مَعَ أَعْيَان اَلْبِلَاد فِي اَلْأَرْيَافِ وَالْمُدُنِ عَلَى خِلَاف بَقِيَّة اَلْبَايَاتْ فِي بَأيْلَكْ وَهْرَان وَالتِّيطَرِي، وَقَدْ أَثْبَتَتْ اَلْأَحْدَاثُ اَلْوَحْدَةُ اَلِاجْتِمَاعِيَّة اَلَّتِي تَمَيَّز بِهَا بَأيْلَكْ اَلشَّرْق مَعَ اَلرَّعِيَّةُ عَكْسَ اَلْبَايلِيكْ اَلْأُخْرَى اَلَّتِي كَانَتْ مُنْعَزِلَةً تَمَامًا عَنْ رَعَايَاهَا، حَيْثُ اِسْتَطَاعَ بَايَاتُ قسَنْطِينَة مِنْ خِلَال إِتِّبَاعِهِمْ سِيَاسَةَ اَلْمُصَاهَرَة اَلَّتِي تَوَارَثَهَا أَب عَنْ جَدِّ مِنْ تَوْحِيد اَلْقَبَائِل، خَاصَّةً ذَاتَ اَلنُّفُوذ اَلْكَبِيرَةِ مِثْل قَبِيلَةِ بْنْ قَانَة عَرَب اَلصَّحْرَاءِ وَقَبِيلَتِي فَرَحِيوَة وَالرُّوَاغَة، وَذَلِكَ عَنْ طَرِيق اَلْمُصَاهَرَة مَعَهَا.
