Résumé : L’entrepreneuriat responsable en Algérie suscite un intérêt croissant dans un contexte de transition économique et numérique. Cependant, son développement reste limité par des obstacles structurels, institutionnels et financiers. Cet article propose une analyse globale de la situation actuelle, en s’appuyant sur le cadre écosystémique afin de mieux comprendre les interactions entre acteurs, institutions et politiques publiques. L’étude met en évidence la nécessité de renforcer la coordination, la formation et le financement pour consolider un écosystème entrepreneurial durable et inclusif. Abstract : Responsible entrepreneurship in Algeria is attracting growing interest in a context of economic and digital transition. However, its development remains limited by structural, institutional, and financial barriers. This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the current situation, using an ecosystemic framework to better understand the interactions between actors, institutions, and public policies. The study highlights the need to strengthen coordination, training, and financing in order to build a sustainable and inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem.
