Abstract

Abstract : This article addresses one of the most prominent current legal topics: the relationship between artificial intelligence and human rights. In this context, it discusses three main themes: automation, ethics, and governance. This research paper will examine the impact of intelligent automation on human rights, highlighting the challenges posed by recent technological transformations in the field of artificial intelligence. It then explains the role of ethical principles in guiding the use of artificial intelligence within an ethical framework that ensures respect for human rights. It then addresses the issue of legal governance and the legal system governing this issue. The article concludes by emphasizing the need to guide the use of AI within the bounds of ethical principles and legal obligations, ensuring a balance between the risks and benefits this development brings to humanity.
