ABSTRACT Objectives: Disease outbreaks during wartime and lack of health services in Sudan 2023 Methodology: This monitoring study (observational and analytic study) analyzes published literature on the level of disease outbreaks in conflict areas and the extent to which health facilities have been affected during the current war period, which began in the eighth month of the year 2023. Results: At least 1,618 suspected cases of cholera have been reported from 22 localities in Gedaref, South Kordofan, Khartoum and Aj Jazirah states as of 22 October, including 67 associated deaths. the Federal Ministry of Health (FMoH) identified over 4,000 measles cases and 107 associated deaths, most from White Nile and Aj Jazirah states. In El Gezira, south of Khartoum, the state Health Emergencies department's cumulative report for dengue fever, covering the period from September 13 to October 18, recorded 148 suspected cases, with 126 confirmed positive cases through rapid examination and two fatalities. Many health facilities were subjected to destruction and unjustified targeting, which led to them being out of service. Conclusion: The outfitted clash in Sudan has critical ramifications for the wellbeing and prosperity of its populace, especially youngsters and ladies. The contention has disturbed food frameworks, prompted relocation, and caused financial shakiness, adding to expanded hunger rates and potential future medical conditions
