The Contribution Of Creativity In Achieving Excellent Performance In Organisations

Abstract
This study highlights the contribution of creativity in achieving Excellent performance in organizations. We used the descriptive method to present the various theoretical concepts associated with creativity and Excellent performance and their obstacles in order to determine the relationship between them. The study concluded that creativity is the main driver of Excellent performance. It feeds innovation, enhances competitiveness and improves processes, all of which are key dimensions to achieve and maintain excellence, which contributes to raising the organization's ability to grow, develop and continue, and this importance increases when the organization expands its activity and operations in order to provide the best and quality services to achieve excellence in performance.
