الملخص
الملخص: يسعى المقال إلى تجسيد دراسة نظرية تبحث في دور الإذاعة المحلية في ترسيخ قيم الهوية الثقافية، من خلال الوقوف على خصائصها، أهدافها، وكذا وظائفها، باعتبارها ذلك الوسيط الإعلامي الذي يقترب من جمهوره المحلي ويعبر عن خصوصيته. كما يتناول المقال مفهوم الهوية الثقافية، خصائصها وعناصرها المكونة لها، مبرزًا فعالية الإذاعة المحلية في تشكيل الوعي الثقافي، ونشر الثقافة، وحماية الموروث الثقافي في مواجهة الزحف الثقافي الغربي. ويوضح المقال الآليات النفسية والاجتماعية التي تنتهجها الإذاعة المحلية في سبيل تعزيز الانتماء، ليخلص في الأخير إلى أن الإذاعة المحلية تقوم بدور أساسي وفعّال يتجسد في صون الهوية الثقافية وضمان استمرارها. Abstract: This article presents a theoretical study exploring the role of local radio in promoting and preserving cultural identity. It begins by examining the characteristics, objectives, and functions of local radio as a media platform that is close to its local audience and reflects its cultural specificity. The article also delves into the concept of cultural identity, its features, and its fundamental components. It highlights the effectiveness of local radio in shaping cultural awareness, disseminating culture, and safeguarding cultural heritage in the face of Western cultural dominance. Moreover, the study sheds light on the psychological and social mechanisms adopted by local radio to reinforce a sense of belonging. Ultimately, the article concludes that local radio plays a central and active role in preserving cultural identity and ensuring its continuity.
