An Investigation Of The Governance Of Smes In Algeria: A Sample Of Smes In The Oran Area

Abstract
SMEs have a significant impact on national economies. Due to deficiencies in the caliber of the institutional and human resources they use, SMEs in developing nations face a number of challenges. These businesses are frequently characterized in Algeria by a lack of managerial and technical expertise. The aim of this study is to clarify the components that make up the governance of SMEs in Algeria by conducting an exploratory study on a sample of these businesses in the Oran region. This study concentrated on the various governance mechanisms and how they operated in our sample after providing an overview of the literature on the major theories of governance.
